MEP Atkinson calls MSF to return EU funds

“I’m glad that Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) has rejected taxpayers’ money.
They should now return the funds from the time they abandoned the Indomi camp.
The Greek authorities told me that they had been placed in a dangerous situation
with the withdrawal of doctors, nurses, psychologists and aid workers.
They place ideology and playing politics above helping people.
The human rights industry has to take a lot of blame for the migrant crisis.
Turning them into refugees is irresponsible. The human rights industry has made a lot of money out of this crisis and made the old politicians like the Commission dance to their tune”, – said MEP Janice Atkinson, commenting the MSF refusal of the EU funding.
The comment is made after the letter of the medical aid charity Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) declaringGreece migrants camp it will no longer take funds from the European Union in protest at its migration policy.
